Deep breathing is one of the most effective way to control our emotion, as well as our sweating.
Here's a simple deep breathing exercise:
Lie flat on your back and breathe in so that your stomach rises but your chest stays still. Exhale with the chest still and the stomach falling. If you put your hand on your belly you should feel it rise and fall with each breath. Repeat for 10 breaths.
This simple exercise alone can really cure your situation once for all.
Warning: Do not neglect the above! If you really want a cure for sweaty palms, you have to implement this exercise on daily basis.
